History

Welcome to Southland Christian Academy.

Our campus has been used for Christian education since the 1950’s. Pastor Pete Nyenhuis founded Woodruff Christian School in 1956 on this campus. 

In 2002, Pastor Don Metcalf merged Woodruff Christian School and Cerritos Christian School into one.  At that time, we became Southland Christian Academy.  We are proud to continue the rich legacy of providing an excellent Biblically-based education to our students.
